Im still waiting on a reply to an e-mail I sent to them a couple days ago. Im not running that many volts just 16cells. It just quit working and I can hear something rattling around inside the case. It only has about 5 or 6 runs on it.

Thats what im going to do if they dont reply in a day or two. I just dont like to pay the money to call to the states if I dont have to.
