This looks great! I'm really interested in one. I have a savage roller just sitting here with the intent to convert it and it looks like I'll get this kit. Any ETA yet?

Thanks!

It looks very nice, and just in time for my Savage that just got running after a year of sitting in the garage. I'll be looking forward to one when they're released.

Also, is this an extended wheelbase from the stock length? Would it be possible to move it all farther forward with an exended wheelbase?
Good questions. I was wondering about the first 2 too. I am fairly sure this chassis is based around the extended chassis. It definitely looks like it. At the right rear of the chassis there are things that look like servo mounts but are on the wrong side and don't have 2 holes.

I will have some pics of the fully assembled truck sometime tomorrow.

To answer a few questions:
There is a servo plate up front that will hold the steering and brake servos.
The standoff you see on the one side is for a speed control plate.

Mike was going to get a kit to test it. Is he going to post a review?

WOW!!! Looks sweet!

I'm looking forward to getting my hands on that kit!

Any pictures that show the battery fit in the back by the motor.

That's pretty sweet. When can we get one ?

A fatter pack, say 5/6s will fit too won't it? Can't quite tell from the photo. Looks like it would if the pack can lye the other way.

Looks like there will be plenty of room for batteries. Can you show a straight top down view of the whole truck with the battery in it. It would give a much better idea of the spce available both in front of the battery and beween the battery and the motor.

No matter what It looks like a winner to me. Are preorders available???

EDIT: Love the ESC Mount. Looks like it will work for the MM or MGM very well. An idea though...If you make it a little bigger you could make it a perfect size to use as a Quark heatsink too. Just make it the same size as the quark case.
