HOORAY FOR A VIDEO!
And you better not be all easy on it for the first run, I want to see some jumps and flips and rolls and driving it like you stole it!

V2 wheelie bar, knex peice did not withstand the drop test :D
this one is made out of 1/8th thick 1in aluminum stock, 5/16ths all-thread axle drilled out knex wheels.
the axle is notched for the big screw to keep it from moving side-to-side.
there is about 6 zipties holding it to the bumper :D
truck looked like a turkey before i cut the ties

you should drill some holes in the actual skid and place it the way you have it but have a screw threw the skid and bar.

i was thinking that but the skid is really flimsy and would put my wheelie angle out of wack :D

actually that will help with them high power wheelies. It will stabilize once it is up. If it is really solid you risk actually breaking things.

i have it ziptied to the bumper, its gott plenty of flex but is sturdy, the skid is just a 1/8th thick peice of plastic
