Hybrid Revo differentials fitting bulkheads

Hi guys, just finished assembling my hybrid Revo differentials. I did a quick test fit into the Revo bulkheads and it looks like I need to do some trimming on the bulkheads. I cannot quite get the bulkhead halves to squeeze together properly. I am just wondering if anyone else needed to do some minor trimming or dremeling to the insides of the bulkheads? Thanks.
