Wink E-Jato with diamond plate - 02.18.2008, 04:33 PM

I ran my VE-Jato w/ M.M. & Velineon on a FP Evo 3700 4s1p & a UBEC. Or I could of went Traxxas all the way, drop the UBEC and use thier VXL brushless ESC on 3s1p lipo or 9s1p ib4200s.
I had this project in mind before the VXL's came out and filled the role. Anyway I loved the challange of fabbing a unique R/C.
E-Jato's are like snowflakes, no two are the same.

Update, I went back to a mechcanical brake, 2-speed, and no reverse. Just like a dirty old nitro Jato. I'll try it for awhile this way, but I see me locking it in second gear again.

Revracer I had the 4s and MM w/Bec in the V3500 rusty it was pretty nasty fast.
For the motor mount use heavy paper to test fit, trim & fold then trace onto thick metal and drill hacksaw dremil and bend.
