Sidewinder micro - 03.01.2008, 07:19 AM

Check it out!

Did they release this behind our backs? I never even saw a "coming soon"!

The only hint was hidden in the castle link database file!

Has anyone noticed the fact that castle seems to be omitting the actual current handling specs.

The sidewinder and now the sidewinder micro do not list their cont and burst amp handling.

Wonder why?

Interesting how they have re-jigged the products page with new titles/links to the various items, especially the Mamba items. Hopefully that empty box will appear filled one day soon.

I wouldn't worry about burst specs, I've seen 100 amp spikes on my mamba 25 with a 3s lipo. Not onlt is it still runing the 3s lipo 1800 hextronic is still good as well. the mamba 25 that took the 100 amp hit is runing a Neu 1107 with 3s lipo's now, in a Mini Quake, its a monster

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

Damn I missed that other thread. Now I wanna wait for the pro lol.

They say the sidewinder micro has greatly improved current handling over the M25, I wonder what has changed? maybe a newwer better FETs or something? like the diff. generations of Mamba Max...
