Nice truck, and man that is one huge battery pack. How is the dessert sand treating your Revo? Have you guys started any competitive events while you are there. i have seen a lot of guys over there with R/C trucks and cars from one kind or another. You should work on your big wigs and MWR to see if you can get some cojoined events for morale purposes. Have fun.

Yeah sorta. We just got the mayor cell to approve the building of a track and use of supplies. And the USO is working on setting up actual sponsored races but only god knows if that will happen. Will be interesting. Other then that the sand aint to bad. If gone through quite a few shocks on some of my other cars but aint really got to run the revo to much cuz im waiting on some stuff in the mail and its taking for ever. Lol

Good to hear that the USO is trying for you anyway. Try to get MWR involved as well. Together they should be able to make somethign happen. We know it cannot be easy for you guys being over there. If they do get anything going for you guys please post up some photos of your events. That would be cool to see you guys having some kind of fun even if you are stuck in teh sand.

As for the shocks you could try to get some socks for your shocks to keep the sand and dust off of the shafts. That should help with reliability.
