Novak HV 6.5 locked rotor LED on ESC

Anyone have this problem?

One day my novak stopped running and was flashing its LED that it was a thermal shutdown or locked rotor.
Its not hot, never got hot.... and the rotor is NOT locked.

I have tried so many times to get help from novak tech support, but their hours of service suck.

all my sensor wires are stright, no kinks..no burns..no bare spots. The connecter is tight with all wires mounted correctly. I have un-done the connections and plugs all back in to re-seat them.

nothing is working... same results.

my only hope is someone here has had the same issues or I pay novak $65 for a new ESC.
