my on-off switch off my mmm is out off buisnesscan i damage my esc if i dont have the switch??? and the mmm power on automaticly when i plug it?????

I dont see why not.....I leave mine in the on position so when I connect a pack it is on

Which way is the "On" position so when I plug mine in for the first time it isn't on? Thanks.
