I seem to have had my eBay auction format/picture stolen by this user. He has a direct link to my picture of the item on my website.

take the picture off your auction and then change it to something completely stupid.
then id contact ebay for fruad on the guy because he if stole your picture he prolly doesnt even have the item he is selling....... |
