I know the ones you're talking about. These will work according to Arct1k.

Don't worry about the pic. Just assemble it.

here it is...http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/24335. So the 2 rings will do the same job as this.

Dont's buy that. It's too expensive. You can buy just the 4 orange o-rings and 6 screws from nitro house. I just bought 5 packs of those for my diffs. Btw, you have 8 spyder gears instead of 6 like you thought. You also count the 2 bigger bevel gears.

Anyway, here's the link:
http://www.nitrohouse.com/parts_hyper_8.htm. Scroll down some. Part # OFN 19444 (Hyper 7) or 87444 (Hyper 8.5)

Here's what it looks like:

Castle Neu 1520 on 6S LiPo Powered Gmaxx (Nitro Killer)
Predator with OS .21TM
Supermaxx with Mach .26
Revo with OS .18TZ
Kyosho ST-RR Conversion
Ofna CR with Tekin ESC/Motor (2)

I was going to say the hyper buggies share the same part. I have a set of gaskets like that and they don't quite match up. You may be able to poke holes, but only two screw holes line up on the spiders. I would try to get the orings either way to be safe.

FWIW tho, I've heard those gaskets are good on the other diffs to keep them from leaking as the orings are a bit lame.

Yup, I agre with you Finnster. I have the Ofna mutilaor diffs and those use the paper gasket. I looked at the ring gear and the Hyper series have a little lip built into it for the o-ring to sit in preventing the oil from leaking out. However, if you decide to use grease, you can use those paper gaskets.
