45mph elecric go kart! - 10.13.2005, 03:12 PM

This is an indoor go kart track that just opened up down the street from my house. They use electric go karts! There is another one that is indoor that I have been to in Anaheim that uses gas carts so I will have to see how the two compare.

Here is the link.

A local track, www.TampaBayGP.com does the same thing. What you havent seen are the competition karts. They will about double the speed, unfortunately my track only lets special people drive that. They are crazy expensive though. Were talking 10K a kart.

Can we get the motor on a rc. That would cool. Lose a 100 lb drive and gear it up we should get a good 75mph.

Peace!

Will they let rc's run on the track

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

They had a thing about that track on the KTLA news this morning, didn't learn much more than I already knew about them, but it was cool to see them in action. I would love to go to a place like that and wring out a car on the track, all the goons on the news were taking the turns wrong, I'd love to try and apex every one of them and bomb around.
