Any body using GPS for speed runs? How far do you need to get a good top speed? What gps units are you using?

the garmin etrex is very popular. dunno about how accurate they are when the speed varies soo much.

I have a etrex legend. Moving in the car its pretty close. Max speed always seems right on. I'll try a longer run next time.
