Patrick-MMM Castle Link Question/Problem

Patrick,

On getting the replacement MMM back there are some software issues. This is with both version 3.10 and 3.05.

The first problem is that both versions tell me that the firmware for the MMM is not able to update via the the specified castle link software. When checking for firmware versions, the screen just says "for latest updates go to castlecreations.com. I have the latest software but can't see any other options for updating firmware.

The next problem is that anything past 3.05 will still not install in Vista. It states that a file/program is missing. I know this was a problem in the past also but thought it had been corrected. While this is a more minor concern than the other, it hinders me from using my laptop with the newer castle link versions. I do have an XP computer as well to do it on for the time being though.
