Good E Revo shock Setup?

Was wondering what everyone with a new erevo (plastic chassis) is running in the way of springs and shock oil?

I have heard that the stock setup is a bit soft. My erevo was not bought new, rather I built it from parts...

I read hear that someone was using the stock oil with orange front springs and gold rear. He also had the traxxas swaybars. I have a set of tekno swaybars that I could use. Wonder which of the the three bar sizes to use?

I am not the best at setting up suspensions, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
