push rod, turnbuckles length questions -

i wanted to get some turnbuckles for a project of mine (prefer Traxxas since it comes with rod end and ball link), but im wondering if the listed length, for any brand for that matter, from eye to eye or end to end? i need two of 115mm and two of 90mm (eye to eye) so thats my problem, any suggestions in what I should I get?
