Muggy With Mmm And 9xl Probs....

Ok....i'm about to throw my muggy out of my window ....i finished it this morning and i can't seem to get rid of the low speed/startup cogging...my setup is MMM/9xl/5s 4800 elite lipo/ and geared 14/46 (or whatever the stock spur is) the muggy weighs in at around 11 lbs......what settings do the guys with e-muggy's or heavy mt's running the MMM recommend.....i've checked all of the connectors an none are loose....any suggestions will be welcome or....
