Still a bit confused if I need a BEC

JAILBIRD RC-Monster Carbon Fiber Offline Posts: 170 Join Date: Aug 2008	Still a bit confused if I need a BEC - 09.13.2008, 09:04 AM I am working on a Maxx with twin power systems, 2 motors, 2 escs, 2 lipos. The escs will be connected to the reciever with a Y harness and the lipos will be connected with a paralell harness to the escs. My question is pretty basic, do I need a BEC? I still don't fully understand what the do. Thanks for any help! -JB
