Possible to change gear ratio in a losi 8ight truggy?

I have a Neu 1515 1.5d and I've found myself in a pickle.. this motor is way too much with the given gearing options in my soon to be built 8ight-t electric (tekno v3 based). Anyway the motor is perfect on 4s lipo, but being 2700kv rated it puts the truggy at over 59mph at it's slowest. I can't find any smaller gears for this setup... so I was wondering if there is a way to change the overall gear ratio to help here or does anyone know where I can find a 10t clutch bell for the e-clutch.
