Battery ideas for Emaxx (3905) - 10.03.2008, 11:17 AM

So I'll be getting a new Emaxx in the next couple of days and I need some additional thoughts on battery options. Of course this thing will be brushless at some point so I know Lipo's are a must
Motor/esc wise I'm going to try wait and go with the the MMM/Neu combo when it is released. I've had great luck with Castle's stuff so I'd like to go that route. If I get impatient I know I can get an MMM and a XL motor.

Here's what I'm looking at doing so far but more input from people with more experience will be a big help. I've never had a truck that uses two batts so I'm trying to get everything straight before I start spending $$$

1st setup: 2x 2s 5100mah Enerland packs in series for 4s
2nd setup: 1x 4s 5100mah or 6000mah PolyRC pack
And the setup I am most curious about and looking at for Max runtime (and I know it will cost an arm and a leg and possibly a kidney)
3rd setup: 2x 4s 6000mah PolyRC packs in parallel for 4s 12000mah (To my understanding that is what wiring in parrallel does, but I'm unsure)

I'm not too worried about spending decent money on this truck because I want it to be my best truck. I've always wanted a maxx and now that I'm getting one, I need to make it awesome

Oh and this is just for bashing; I don't race.
