I am not sure on the mah. I want yet, but, a 3s pack would be nice w/my Medusa 3300kv and mm esc.

From what I've seen, they're made by Zippy, so they're probably worth a try for that price.

skellyo is right, they are made by Zippy. I use 6S Zippy's in my helicopters and so far (35 cycles) they are holding up fantastic. Not sure how they can sell them at such low prices.

The answer to your question is probably where they are manufactured and assembled.

I've got a Rhino 4s 4900mah in my buggy that works very well geared at ~45mph.

Unless you're geared for under 35mph, you're gonna want a higher capacity, 3300mah minimum IMO.

If in fact they are made by the same company that produce Zippy LiPos then go for it. I love my Zippys. Ran my V-Twin for 45 minutes on a set of 5000mAh packs today and they only depleted 3500mAh.

One reason their prices are so low is that the lipos are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This is also the negative when ordering the battery. It takes anwhere from a month to a month and a half to get your batteries because they are shipped from Hong Kong.

I don't have those batts exactly, but I have 2200 zippies I use in my .5 (and also a 2500 Neu pack)

Overall I think they are good for the app and the batt fits well on the stock chassis. Runtimes won't be huge, but you should clear at least 10min on the track. They cost so little its very affordable to have several packs. I got good power out of mine. I was doing 45ish on 3S and 60mph on 4S on the original LMT 3100kv motor. If you use too big of tires and gear too high you may start pulling too many amps and the batts will get warm. Count on 800-1000W max. Still quite a bit of power for a .5, but won't be uncontrollable.
My lmt croaked and I decided to go with a 2200 medusa and use 4S versions of the 2200s for a bit more power ceiling and keep things very cool. Quite happy it either way.

BTW: the vid I have below of the .5 racing @ the barn was on a 3s 2100 pack, but with a crappy feigao 2700kv S can. Still fine power, but the medusa you have will have more punch and power. Was ending the 7min race w/ ~1600mah used IIRC.

Thanks for the tip and the vid! I might end up w/zippy's...prob.is that they won't fit in my batt. tray...
