Anyways, after 20 gnarly cartwheels (Okay, fine fine, maybe 8), my steering just totally got effed up. How, I dunno?

ANYWHOOO.... I snapped some pictures... Of the screw and the cap? I have no clue what it is... I'm kind of sad, as I can't take it up to Sacramento with me on Wednesday for Thanksgiving...
Unless..... I have the part at home..
