Spektrum problem... - 12.06.2008, 05:28 PM

I just got a spektrum dx3 for my rusty. I love it except for one problem. My rusty steers sharper when going right vs. left. I have the end point for L/R set to 125 each.

Any ideas? (and I do have my servo centered)

Thanks. :)

I will spank a nitro any day...guaranteed. :)

Your servo is centered via radio trim, or through the linkage? Center it via the radio, and then tweak the linkage so everything is straight.

FYI: When setting the EPA, you should start at something like 60%, turn the wheel full one way, and increase the EPA until the steering locks, then back off a notch or two. Repeat for the other side. This provides the max steering throw without damaging the servo by having it try to fight against mechanical limits.
