Nomadio Sensor on MMM Esc - 12.12.2008, 01:13 AM

Anybody here used a Nomadio Sensor controller for the MMM esc. I used it on my Hydra 240 but it won't work with the MMM v3. Let me know if anybody has this setup and maybe let me know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

That's what I'm running.

Had a setup problem at first, used the castle link s/w to increase the time for it to arm, been working great since.

As an additional note, the first receiver I tried to use wouldn't work properly, tried it with a backup and had no problems.

Thanks for the tip, Rusty. I was pretty bummed out when I couldn't but I'll try that to see if it works.

Can you tell me your setup points if you don't mind. I changed the arm time to 5 seconds but it's still not working. I did have the Sensor to Reverse OFF.
Thanks in advance.

It's probably due to you trim/EPA setting on the tx. Make sure the trim is at 0 and the EPA is at 100-120% for both forwards and reverse. If the ESC doesn't see a good neutral/rev/fwd signals, it won't work.

I assume the receiver has already been successfully bound to the transmitter right?

Dumb question, but did you calibrate the ESC to your radio first?

I was trying to calibrate the ESC with the Sensor but it won't recognize the Sensor. I changed the arm time to 5 second with the castle link, still not it.
I connected the servo on the steering and the receiver is working with the Sensor radio just not going to the program mode on the MMM V3. Thanks in advance for the response guys.

I got it to work, turns out my receiver is not working on the throttle and put another receiver and it works now. Thanks for the response.
