I might as well chime in here.
In the beginning, about the time the Mamba Max came out, I was a Quark Fan.
Don't get me wrong, the Quarks are pretty good. They do handle amperage well, and IF you can ever get them set right, they do perform pretty good. However, if you ever have something go wrong, service? Well that may be another story.
From what I've heard they've pulled their service department out of the US and moved it back to Korea or where ever. Oh Boy.
Well I had to give the Mamba Max a try and boy was I surprised. What made me try it was seeing this "wee little ESC" and people were running E maxx's around with them. Rustlers and Stampedes, no problem.
Talk about the ease of programming. I just hook up my laptop, set it and we're off.
This really eased my wife's mind too. I thought she was going to throw me out of the house after hearing the Quark beep a hundred times in a row. I'm determined, but for the life of me, sometimes I just couldn't get it to go into "advanced" programming mode. Something with the trigger, full throttle brake, let go of the button.
She was about to go crazy. She couldn't hardly take it no more. toodle-a-loop, toodle-a-loop. "They need to work on that!", she said!
After seeing how easy the Mamba Max was to program, and after seeing how much more happy the wife was, I got me a Monster Max!

Same ease of programming as the Mamba Max, but this Monster is built to handle some power!
Next, a Monster Combo! I do desire it, so I will acquire it! LOL
I believe Castle has came out with a combo that will test the integrity of the "C" ratings on the Lipo Market today!
From what I hear, you better "beef your truck", because you're about to "beat your truck" when you see how much power this puts out.
I really have to hand it to Castle! Thank you for your GREAT customer support! But most of all, Thank you for a GREAT product line that is alot more affordable than those "other" guys.
