some advice on connectors - 01.22.2009, 08:42 PM

Hey im on a FIRST robotics team, and we have an idea of making a completley removable electronics board(like in an aluminum suitcase or something of the sort.) and have everything routed through 1 or 2 big dummy proof connectors. does anybody have any clue onto what would to get? were looking for 20+ pin connectors, that can handle up to 12 AWG wire as well. anybody have ideas?
another good type would be one that can be smaller, but in rows of 3, for massive amounts of PWM connectors
