Re-buildable structure sounds good. But can't really say more without further info.
On the ebay site, it looks like some kind of XXL...

Those are the same as the regular feigao motors, but with a heatsink and rebuildable. A different style than the c-series b-class motors. I wish they specified the turn on the ebay auction.

I saw that spec sheet, i was trying to use it to identify the motor cause the auction says the motor has a kv rating of 490kv-3330Kv, but im not good with all that stuff, i dont know that much about brushless lol. its only $35 i might aswell just buy it and try it out?

That's what I did, I could not match the specs. with the motor. But he is selling S's L's XL's and the rebuildable heet sink type (black)

Looking at the shipping and comparing prices elsewhere, it's cheaper, but not so much cheaper that I'd buy there. Being in the US, I'm a bit cautious about buying from a company in Honk Kong that advertises on ebay in Australian currency. I'm trying to figure out why they do that, actually.
If their "no questions asked" policy is true for exchanges, that's a nice feature, but I'd still be cautious.

actually the company is in australia i think but has them shipped from hongkong. the shipping is only 7 or 8 bucks usd. if you read closely its not 21 dollars. thats for some kind of express shipping. also, the black motors they sell are a-class. they are not the same as the C motors. a little bit different. i think its mostly in the can design. probably to keep cost down.
