MMM v3 Loose Bullet?

I have an MMM v3 with bullets all around and a 1515/2.5d, it has been running great for about 10 packs however today it started stuttering and chirping. I assumed a loose motor wire so I checked everything over and it seems like the middle motor bullet was loose inside the MMM. I ended up giving it a nudge to the side and I ran fine until my packs were empty but I wanted to see if this is something others have run into?
