Hey guys! I just thought I would share my plans with you guys. I'm only 12 so I might take a little while to get everything because I mow lawns for a living. It will help that my b-day is Feb. 28 so I will most likely get most of the stuff then. Ok enough of that here are my plans!

For the electronics its going to be a MMM and CC Neu combo on 4s 25-30c 4500mah lipos. I already have the lipos so I just need the MMM combo. I am going to run my spare 2PL untill I get some extra money then I am going to get a MX3.

For the drivetrain its going to be a Kershaw Designs DD unit. Does any one have any input on this?

I gotta go, but there is more to come.

Ok I think I have made my decision on the battery trays. I am going to use two Losi 8E battery trays. They are pretty cheap at $11.99 a piece, Its going to cost me around $45.00 for the trays and straps. I would go with Mike's trays, but I just can't pay $35 a tray.
Also with the MMM and CC Neu if I gear the truck for around 45mph on 4s will the temps be ok?
And one last Q. does anyone know what the DD's gear ratio is? If someone does please tell me, I would really appreciate it.

You could put KD unit or buy on ebay : tvp from savage flux, single speed tranny,motor mount, esc mount, battery tray and you have a flux i think.

I would rather buy the KD DD because it makes the truck lighter and It looks nicer that a big tranny. And even if I went with the stuff to build a flux it would cost more anyways. Am I right?

I think my parents are ordering my MMM combo tomorrow! I'm also going to try to get to the bank and put $100 in my paypal to buy the battery trays and new shocks.
