Hyperion/ThunderPower

I want to make sure I get the correct adaptor to balance my 3S ThunderPower crawler packs.

I have a Hyperion 606i charger.

So my thought is that I need a "Hyperion to TP adaptor" to balance the packs.

The only reason I ask is because there is also a "TP to Hyperion" adaptor.

Just want to make sure I order the correct one. I know that I will need to get one for 3S. And what is the difference between to two?
