CRT.5 Aluminum Hex Hubs? - 03.23.2009, 11:17 PM

Hey, I remember reading somewhere that Traxxas 12mm Hex's do not work on the CRT.5.

Anyway, I am in need of some aluminum hex hubs for my CRT .5 and was wondering if there were any more common ones I can use. The only place I found that sells actual OFNA CRT .5 Aluminum Hexes is Impakt RC. And I don't feel like paying 8 dollars shipping for 11 dollar hex hubs.

I have the ofna alum crt.5 hex hubs. I prefer the stock plastic ones. The alum ones fit the wheels a bit loose compared to the plastic version.

Actually... The hexes I used on my CRT.5 were the Traxxas blue aluminum ones. It's been a while, but I think they just needed slight shimming to work properly.
