Well I've fitted my Widetrac and got to say, you need to hold these in your hand, to feel the quality.

The suspension is so nice, I love this setup! Control and just the feel of it is amazing. I really wasn't expecting much of a difference.

Anyway, I run a 7XL and have a power issue, some might see it as a good thing but it's abit too much for me, lol.

When I tap and I mean nudge on the trigger it goes on back 2 wheels verticle, so much power and this happens when moving too, a small amount of acceleration sends it begging on back legs. Anyway I can reduce this? I have a wheely bar, but its abit mangled and already have soft springs on.

other than using less cells or a smaller motor. Try lowering the truck and put slightly softer springs on the rear.

Wait till you upgrade to racer x;)

To help with wheely's, get some setback arm's. But I think your problem is caused due to improper throttle curve setting's. If you have a digital radio you can change this, just read the manual.

Throttle exponential on a programmable radio can help with too much throttle. If it's available on your radio, experiment with that.

to use the setback arms you have to have the truetrac rear suspension that comes with the racer-x or the upgrade kit.

The chassis extension would tame the beast a bit as well. The setbacks wouldn't work on that suspension without the rear upper arms as well. Nice truck, Nick! :)

Looking at the picture again, try mounting the receiver pack on the front shock tower.

Yeh I've noticed what the power pack does, it makes a big difference (I wouldn't of though it would), weighs down the back end making the springs stiffer. I'll move it, see what results I get.

I will consider getting the UE extension too, instead of Gorilla, so I can use my Titanium skids, I love my Ti' skids. :D

The ESC is mounted on a metal bracket (the type you get for putting shelves on the wall) and I just bolted it through where the 2nd motor went. Very sturdy but maybe abit too high.

You should heatshrink those batteries or they are going to short circuit on your chassis.
