a partition huh? you mean like a wall in between your castle link and your mac? Maybe a fence?

I don't know what that will do. Maybe someone could organize a group of people that all feel the same way,and sign a PETITION to give to castle to let them know how customers feel?

all joking aside, you meant to say, "petition".

Peace!

I would like to see a Mac version. I don't have one yet but it will be my next major purchase as this HP laptop sucks. I don't want to have to keep it around just for my 4 CC controllers. Either a mac version or an inexpensive handheld programmer, of course that must be able to be updated via a mac as well

I'm a Mac user traditionally, but I just found the greatest thing for this purpose. The Dell Mini 9 netbook. For anywhere from $250 to $400 depending on the configuration, it can dual boot Mac OSX and Windows (I just put Window 7) on it. Takes a bit of work (http://www.mydellmini.com has everything you need to know to do this). I have a small 8 gig -partition- :) for windows, almost exclusively to run Castle Link and Tekin's hotwire. I still use the Mac OS mostly, and it runs amazingly well. Once you see one in action you'll say "I gotta have one" because it is so slick. Also, it's nice and small so taking it to the track is more convenient. This is just a pic I found on google that shows the size...

I agree also... they are so many mac users out there now... why do I have to get additional software or even another PC to make my setups.

I'm a mac user, but lets face it.... we're only 10% of the market. I'd rather castle continue to focus efforts on making better products or firmware.
VMWare Fusion is only $150 and it really solves all the issues with running mac. Booting a XP VM is like 30secs.....
