Nue Lipo Cells??

I was going to order some Nues today and was reading that the New XP cells charge at 5c and the old at 1c. Plus I see there are other cells like the EP and NP which have really nice C ratings. Are some cells better then others or would you suggest paying for a certain line. I am just a bit confused. I understand the different C and charge ratings but I am concerned with better life, charging, lasting cells. Can someone give me some suggestions.
