It sounds to me he is poking fun at the fact that I didn't think I'd reach that high of a post count.

Yeah, it struck me as funny for two reasons:

1) He didn't think his post count would get that high, yet he now has over 11,000 posts.
2) He didn't think he had "that much information to impart", yet he has imparted more useful information than any other member, IMO.

It was also funny because in that same thread he was excited about hitting his 50th post and getting a surprise PM of a 5% off coupon for the RC-M store. I actually remember when that happened. :-)

Good times.

lol, funny guys.

Are you sitting down? Yes? Good, because I am going to tell you something that may cause you to faint in disbelief. Ready?

Drum roll....

There are days where I am wrong at least twice.

I know, I know, it's a revelation, but it's the truth.

And yet still we come to visit the forum expecting you to share your knowledge with us each and every day old timer. Even with the WRONG factor you are still one of the best sources for good R/C electrical type info on any of these forums. So stop counting your posts and get back to work giving us info BG. Have a great R/C day Sir.

Lol, thanks, but I started not knowing very much other than general electronics theory. It's this site where I learned the most from the other "old timers": Serum, MetalMan, Squee, Dafni, etc (in no particular order). I actually started at the Trx forums and was almost ready to huck my Nitro Revo out the window when I saw Dafni's Revo. It inspired me to convert mine, and he is the one that suggested I come over here in the first place.
