Turnigy false lipo discharge question -

I just want to know what the deal with the turnigy packs form hobby city is,with false discharge ratings.There is a turnigy 5s 5000mah 15c pack,im just wondering if that is the true discharge rating or is it false advertised and really higher?
Also if a pack is 20c-30c does that mean 30c bursts and 20c constant discharge? |
