What differentials do you use? Uncommon in my opinion.

I've had one and the idler went, spur and the gearbox design is awful, land to hard on the back and it just came off.

Best only say what you know from experience.

The rustler differential is probably one of the least durable out there stock in my opinion, besides the duratrax evader. If you like the rustler, you could upgrade to an all steel diff (sold here) for bulletproof gauranteed. Otherwise there are many other cars out there suitable for the 8s.

I have heard about running some power on the pedes and rusties. But you have to put the good diff in them. I have not ran mine yet. So it is just hear say. It did come from a good source though.

Peace!

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

I am putting a Lehner 4200 in mine and have the steel diff for it. I have not run it yet. I have to wrap it up and wait for spring. Its an all FLM rusty.
