I would like to know if any one has tested the truck zilla motor and chassis out. I see it make it longer and the motor has more power. I was just wondering if it is work it or not.

I wouldnt get the truckzilla motor, everyone says its a pain to tune, and you have to be a real good! tuner to get it right, and even after that it doesnt hold a tune very well. I would just get something like a surefire .32 if you wanted a bigger motor for your savage!! that one has had good reviews! Or a o.s .30 or a collari .32 Or if you want something cheaper you could get a sh.28 pro, they are about $115 on ebay and have heaps of power and speed!! a sts .28 also has lots of power and speed its only around $110 but the sh.28 pro has a bit more power and speed.

I have the 4.6 ss model. I can keep the .28 that is on there. I was just looking at the big huge motor in the truckzilla package. I like to have about 4.5 hp or so on it. I think that may be enough. Then again I have a hard time with the front tires off the ground now.

the .46 motor will only have alot of torque, it wouldnt have alot of top speed. If you want to up grade i reccomend the sh.28 pro, axial .32, those seems to be the best for power, speed, price, and overall fun. The .32 has a bit more torque. this is what i have heard not from personal experience. I would probably get the .32! cant wait til i get my savage! then i can get that engine!! should be mean as :) I cant believe that these powerful engines are so cheap!! theres alot of them coming out.

I am not dissatisfied with the stock motor. It has decent amount. But I always wonder about more. :D I have brushless for more power and speed. Thanks basketti.

leroy, you might want to look into the o.s. .30. i have heard good things about them. i would try one myself, in my truggy but the rules only allow up to a .28 :mad:1 :mad:1

The Racers edge .32 is made in the same manufacturing place as the hpi .28 so it should run and tune similar to his .28

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

OK thanks squee. I may look into them. I have some life left in the hpi motor. I have to burn it to it quits.

I would like the easy tuning I have now in a bigger motor. I would like to see if some one has ran the big motor .46 though. Does any one know the specs on it? Rpm hp and stuff.
