I put the connector, wire side down, on the table edge. Then place the spade of a small screw driver against the end of the copper terminal. Then smack the end of the screw driver pretty hard.

Might sound a bit forceful, but it works.

Not that I know of. If you look closely at one of the terminals removed, it has one tiny tab that is turned up, and one tiny tab that is turned down.

It is these that provide the "snap" when you seat them. The only way that I know to get em out is to over power those.

A pair of needle nose pliers works great for the male ends, use one side to just bite onto the tab and the other end on the backside of the casing, squeeze and they come apart pretty easy. For the females I place them on the edge of a block of wood and push the tab out with a screwdriver. I have taken apart at least 50 of these, they work over and over again without a problem

I just put my connector, end up, in a vice. I then take a small flat screwdriver and place it on the end of the connector bar, and gently tap it with a hammer, and it will push right out of the other end. Very very simple.

Just take note of which side you solder the wire to, because one side of the blade has teeth, and the other side doesn't. Teeth side go down into the housing. Also, make sure that when you solder the wire to the blade, you don't go any farther than the line indicated on the blade, and try not to allow solder to cross that line either. If you get too much solder on there, you'll have problems getting it all the way in. And if your blade gets bent, or has any solder on it, you'll have a really hard time pushing it thru also.

Sometimes after it's pushed in as far as I can get it, if not all the way, I'll put it in a vice, this time where the wire goes into the connector, and gently tap it into place with the screwdriver and hammer.

It's very very easy.

Again though.. you have to watch how much solder you use, and you can't be messy with it. I've found that of all the connectors, these are the trickiest to get just right. You also have to make sure that your wire is aligned straight with the blade too.
