i think i got screwed :(

Well before christmas i was looking for some nokia n90 mobile phones on ebay and i found two people who were selling them and 1 person was selling them cheaper than the other so i told the other person and they put the price cheaper then i went back to the other person and they went cheaper etc etc untill one person said they would sell me 10 phones for a low price. Well i couldnt afford the 10 phones cause my mate was supposed to pay half but i couldnt get in touch with him so i got 4 phones and my dad bought 1. the person i bought them off is from italy and we used www.eurodeals-transport.com which is a 3rd party organisation, i thought this would be good cause it would be safer. anyway the seller sent the phones to them and i sent them the money then they sent me the phones and payed the seller straight away. Im supposed to tell them when i recieve the phones and then they pay the seller. they told me it takes 3 days for me to get the phones but now its been 23 days and i still havent got anything . i have been emailing the seller and eurodeals but neither will reply. We didnt do the sale on ebay, we did it through email (which is silly on my behalf), But im pretty sure their username on ebay is theo.s187, i put that user as one of my favourites with "phones" as a note to me. the email of the person i did the deal with is esgiura@yahoo.com, im gonna get a mate to go to ebay and email theo.s187 and when they reply see if its the same email. Anyone use eurodeals before? anyone got any suggestions as to what i should do? eurodeals has a phone number which i will probably ring sometime soon but will probably cost me the earth since its an international call (I live in New Zealand).

the name of the person that sold me the phones is "Enrico Sgiura" maybe they want a nice virus sent to them or something lol.

What should i do? Anyone got any ideas? what would you do? Thanks

well i learned my lesson when i got screwed one a $1000 used alienware laptop...the 3rd party company doesnt have a security policy type deal??

well i looked there eBay ID they have a good feedback rating umm i would first contact http://www.eurodeals-transport.com/ by phone and if they don't answer contact eBay and tell them the users of eBay should not use EuroDeals then if they don't answer use WHOIS on http://www.eurodeals-transport.com/ find there web host and contact them if they don't answer start the courts.as i have had thousands of issues of users of eBay

if/when you get the phones i might be interested in one if they are completely unlocked and compatible with cingular.

Yeah thats why i thought i could trust them cause their feedback is good on ebay. I'll contact eurodeals by phone tomorrow, i sent them an email from their site yesterday so if they havent replied by tomorrow then i'll call. Thanks for the help!!!! glad someone knows what to do!! I dont feel so helpless lol.

Well i've already got people who want one but i will get some more off someone else, and use ebay and use paypal next time! with ebay and paypal it is safe aye? i'll probably get a loan or something so i can buy them cause with the money i make i can pay the loan off. I'll let ya know if i get any
