Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

I did see those when I was on the site ordering parts for my SB Pro Carbon buggy.

They also have a 1/8 brushless RTR coming out that comes with a pair of 2s 4000mah hard-case lipos, 120A esc, and 2700kv motor, not sure what quality they will be though. It will be available in a buggy or truggy version. The 16mm big bore shocks come standard with variable rate damping.

I've been pleased with my SB Pro Carbon, and may look into this when it's released, especially if the batteries and electronics turn out to be solid. The MSRP is $600, but if they will be available from other sources besides MRC's website I'm sure they'll be less.

These r/c's aren't from Academy, but from another brand that MRC distributes. The 1/16 series looks pretty good imo. I'd be interested in trying one.

btw, simplechamp... I used to own an sb pro v1, and v2. I was really happy with them too. I still own a str-4 pro tc. Its been relegated to drifting/bashing duties, but still holds up great.

There's two sides to every schwartz, he got the up side and I got the down side.

If I had to have a complaint about the MRC distributed vehicles it would be no LHS parts support, but I order most of my gear online anyway.
