Brushless 380s for a Tamiya tank... - 10.20.2009, 11:08 AM

So I am getting a Tamiya tank 25 years after I initially wanted one. The tank uses two brushed 380 motors for locomotion and turning the turret.

I was wondering if there are suitable high torque/low rpm 380 sized brushless motors out there? I do not want increased wheel speed, as I do not want to risk stripping any of the gears. I want brushless simply for low maintenance and efficiency. To the extent I can increase torque without an increase in wheelspeed, that would be good too.

Thanks.
