Man's best friend -
11.05.2009, 10:14 PM
Well after having my brother and his two buddies play drunk gladiators with my foam boat parts, and losing my gumption for porjects I finally got it back. I will be building my best friend a dog house.
My plans will be for it to be 45 inches long, 30 inches tall, 40 inches wide, and have a 45 inch porch. This time no drunks will ruin it either.
This thing will be bad ass. It will have full insulation, electricity, opening windows and a shingled roof. I am starting the frame work tomorrow.

Oh it will be off the wall dawg!
I might do a external cooled water tank with a valve and have a water bowl I can fill up. I am starting the framing tonight and will hopefully have it up be Saturday night or Sunday. I will keep you guys updated.

The dog wanted a Puppy Hot Tub and apparently you overlooked it in the plans ?
Sorry to hear, still curious to see the finished product.

Will any portion of the dog house be remote controlled? Kinda important as it is listed in the special projects section of an rc forum...
Sorry to hear about you getting bit. I guess your dog does not like peanut butter as much as you thought, but at least he bit your face!

Wait... if it has to be R/C then how does the losing weight thread stay there?
Anyway, I hope to resume work today because that .45 round has kept him at bay for quite some time.

Wood is cut. Changed the placement of the house in the backyard so the dimensions were sized down quite a bit (orignial plans called for a seperate room for him to nap in). Im an going to try and drill everything together tonight.
