Spektrum + Brushless a Problem? - 02.26.2006, 03:05 PM

Hey Guys,
I've heard of a few problems with Spektrum and Brushless - any of you had a problem? I want to drop it into my T4 (SS5800 system), E-maxx (9918/9L), and my Stampede (SS5800).

I've heard this problem is with the low cells counts where the battery's voltage can't stay high enough to give enough voltage to the Spektrum RX, causing it to cut out. In other words, make sure you are using good cells with your SS5800 systems. I'm sure that shouldn't be too hard for you though ;).

They make a capacitor to plug in the thrid channel of the receiver. Supposed to help out the problems.

Sounds good - thanks! Shouldn't have too many problems running good batteries :)

I hope there iare no problems because I specifically got the Spektrum DX3 to avoid noise and glitch problems. I will be using a receiver pack though, so there shouldn't be any power line noise...
