Hyperion EOS610inet won't connect - 01.22.2010, 10:02 AM

Hey guys I have a Hyperion EOS610i Net charger (not a duo) that won't connect! I have triple checked the adapter I had to make from the Hyperion Titan USB adapter, the adapter lights green as it should and virtual com port has assigned it Com 7, however firmware update won't work and the data logger usually finds the charger on Com 7 but then I get no data coming through when stationary or when doing a charge.

Any clues?

Computer is a Compaq presario running Windows 7

Charger works fine and has software V2.3 on it.

First time trying it in any format, received the USB cable and adapter today. I have gone through the instructions, even uninstalled Castlelink as suggested. Neither firmware update utility or data logger seem to connect to the charger.
