Field Link - 02.09.2010, 11:18 PM

I have yet to see anything on this thread about something I just picked up today from my LHS the new Castle Field Link. I have always liked my MMM great 1/8th scale performance and solid as rock! The only gripe I have really had with my MMM is track side programing you know with the Tx trying to count beeps or flashing lites with ten nitros screaming in your ear and I wasn't about to drop several hundred bucks on a laptop that I have no other use for! Well it looks like CC was the first US based RC electronics Co. to read the writing on the wall (or forums in our case) and build and sell a program card for their esc's! All I can say is it's about damn time. So now I'm back on the CC band wagon. It works allot like the Hobbywing program card and also will connect to your PC and function like the old Castle Link. You can also update firmware via your PC.
Way to go Castle Creations, Thanks

When I picked up my MMP recently there was a coupon inside for a free CastleLink. I already have 3 so I was thinking of just giving it to a friend, but then I went on Castle's site and they let you use the same coupon and upgrade to a Field Link for $10. Hopefully it gets here soon!
