Thoughts on selling a cd player with cds in it.

Have been gathering items for the spring clean-out sale around the house. Have a couple of the sony multi disc cd players that dont get used anymore. The deal is one is a 400 cd holder full of backed up CDs (copies of originals) and home made mixed cds of my classis rock cds and the 200 is similiar only Country. I don't need the backups anymore and would like to advertise them in a way that would bring more cash then just an empty cd player. I'll be listing them only on Craigs List for pick up only. There's seems like there would be some kind of copyright law I should be cautious of but not sure. Any suggestions?
