Jammin X1 and Kyosho MP7.5/777 parts compatibility?

I've read a few places that there are a number of parts compatible between the Jammin X1CR buggy and the Kyosho MP7.5 and 777. Anyone know more about this, or have experience with actually swapping the parts, which ones work, etc? Off the top of my head I know the rear uprights are compatible, but not sure what else.

P.S. I know there are lots of smaller "generic" parts that will work on lots of 1/8 vehicles, like basic metric hardware, diff parts, turnbuckles, etc. I'm looking for "main" parts like c-hubs, a-arms, CVDs, etc. if that makes any sense.
