need help for my MMM 2200kv

hi there guy, i got a TRAXXAS SLASH 4x4 PE with a MMM 2200kv system and a 11.1v 4200mAh lipo with it....the problem is that i try to calibrate the 3PK...first i turn on the transmitter, then plug in the lipo and turn on the MMM, but nothing happen....except the servo is working, the MMM lights are all FLASHING and got a beeping sound every 2-3 second.....just wondering if any of you could help me to fix this problem???
