HB lightning pro 2 - 09.27.2010, 02:32 PM

here starts the bl conversion
is started with the servoplate

i orderd the lightning stadium motor mount ,
hpi 101168 center diff mount
a lipo tray from the vorza and new stone guards

no time te waste while waiting
so i started on my 2 body's

4 days later
parts are here

i moved my motormount
so i created more space for the lipotray

for the moment i drive my savage flux motor and esc
i use a 15T pinion and 46 spur

here's a movie from the first ride of the buggy
enjoy

SloMo HD is nice, the Slashy at the end of video did a nice fly by on the cameraman.

Nice job man! Love the video! The slo-mo action really lets you see when the power is being laid down based on the tires spin and the roost! Pretty cool!

What tune is that?

if you get a Ve8 your not going to like the lightning near as much, the lighting is a great buggy but the new generation of buggys make it look like the old heavy tank it is, i dont use my lightning much after getting an 8ight
